Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in UK stores offers variety and a strong team environment. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and some locations offering more.

You will schedule hours within availability windows, lead the team in the manager’s absence, and coach colleagues to deliver excellent service while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment. Applicants must be 18 or over.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
