Availability Window

Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice provided for shifts.

Customer Focus: Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, maintaining store standards, and leading by example.
