About the role

Compensation

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12) if preferred. We aim to accommodate flexible schedules matching your availability.
