Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We offer flexible scheduling within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment, overseeing store operations and customer service
  • Coordinate team duties to ensure a well-stocked, clean store that exceeds customer expectations
  • Support colleagues, ensure safety, and assist in store performance improvements
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment

Requirements include being 18 or over, providing excellent customer service, leading and motivating a team, and being adaptable to change.
