About the role

Availability Window

  • Sun: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Mon: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Tue: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Thu: 06:30 - 15:00
  • Sat: 06:30 - 15:00

Pay rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, oversee team activities, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, ensuring safety, and helping improve store performance.
