About the role

Availability Window

  • Days: Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat
  • Times: Sun 14:00-23:00, Mon 05:30-14:00, Wed 05:30-14:00, Thu 05:30-14:30, Sat 14:00-23:00

Pay and Hours

Shift Leader rate starts from £14.28/hour, increasing to £15.41 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

About the role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee team activities, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing duty shifts and coordinating team efforts
  • Assisting customers and ensuring they leave satisfied
  • Coaching colleagues and providing feedback
