About the role

Availability Window

Days: Sun, Mon, Wed, Sat

Time: 06:00 - 23:00

Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.28/hour; increases to £15.41 inside M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.

About the role

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves managing duty shifts, supporting colleagues, maintaining store standards, and leading by example.
