Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexibility in scheduling.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
• Take ownership of running duty shifts and coordinating the team
• Assist customers and ensure store operations stay on track
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback to improve service
• Support colleagues and maintain a safe working and shopping environment
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
