Job Description: Tesco Shift Leader - Days - Allerton Rd Liverpool Express, Liverpool

Availability Window

  • Sun: 14:15 - 23:15
  • Mon: 14:15 - 23:15
  • Wed: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Thu: 06:00 - 15:00

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within your availability, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.

Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, oversee team activities, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing duty shifts and team coordination
  2. Assisting customers and enhancing service quality
  3. Supporting store safety and cleanliness
  4. Leading team development and store improvements
