Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for that too. We will schedule your hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times match closely but not exactly, we’d still love to hear from you.
