Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It's our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum of 12), we have opportunities for that too.

We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but are not exactly the same as the advertised times, we still want to hear from you.
