Pay Rate

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 per hour; this increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible and willing to accommodate your availability.

We schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. Even if your availability closely matches but isn't exact, we encourage you to apply.
