Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling to accommodate your availability.
