Pay and Hours

Our Skilled Baker rate of pay starts from £13.38 an hour; this increases to £14.59 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice provided.
