Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. We will schedule your shifts within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexible working arrangements that match your availability.
