Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45/hour, increasing to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within your available times with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexible availability matching, even if not exact.

Customers are central to our work. This role involves variety and daily challenges, making it exciting. As a store colleague, you'll serve shoppers, meet new people, learn new skills, and be part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing passionate, natural customer service
• Being knowledgeable about store products and services
• Working in service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Applying training to ensure safety, effectiveness, and excellent service
• Making customer-focused decisions and delivering routines
• Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events
• Understanding store performance and contributing to sales, waste reduction, and profit
• Handling products with care to maintain quality

• Accepting deliveries when required
