Pay and Hours

Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within the availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice.
