About the role

Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 per hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, but if you'd prefer to work fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for that too.

We aim to schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows provided, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but isn't exact, we'd still love to hear from you.
