Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.   • Delivering excellent customer service, following opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are operational, and acting on customer feedback.
  • Creating a positive impression through professional dress and readiness to serve.
  • Modeling helpful and friendly service behaviors, demonstrating enthusiasm for customer needs.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and safe routines to protect the brand, demonstrating due diligence.
  • Supporting your manager in controlling costs, maintaining stock accuracy, and preparing for stock routines.
