Days from time to time: Sun 09:00-19:00, Tue 09:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-19:00

Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87/hour; this increases to £14.08 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours/week, scheduled within these times with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexibility if your available times match closely but not exactly.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent shopping experiences, following routines, maintaining facilities, and acting on customer feedback.
• Creating a positive impression through standards of dress and service.
• Following service culture, demonstrating helpfulness, and enthusiasm for customer needs.
• Ensuring legal compliance, understanding routines, and due diligence.
• Supporting cost control, stock accuracy, and stock routines.
