Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; increases to £13.66 inside M25. Night premium of £2.35/hour applies for hours between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
