Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hr; £13.66/hr inside M25. Night shift premium of £2.35/hr applies midnight-6am. Additional payments may vary by location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We offer flexibility and support in scheduling within your availability.
