Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexibility and will schedule your shifts within your available times, providing 3 weeks' notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role involves serving customers, working across various store areas, and participating in community events. It’s a role for proactive individuals who enjoy variety and teamwork.
