Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour, increasing to £13.66 inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35/hour applies. Additional payments may also be available depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate flexibility and will schedule shifts within your available times, providing 3 weeks' notice.
