About the role

Our Tesco store in Crewe is looking for Night colleagues to join our team. The role involves working during the night hours, with shifts typically from 23:00 to 08:00, on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We offer flexible scheduling within these hours.

Pay and hours

Starting from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. Night shift premiums of £2.35 per hour apply for hours worked between midnight and 6am. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12) if preferred.

Availability and scheduling

We will schedule your hours within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Flexibility is appreciated, and we consider close matches to our advertised times.
