Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It's our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available.

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows provided, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but isn't exact, we'd still love to hear from you.
