Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). You will be scheduled within the availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We support flexibility and welcome close availability matches.
