Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling and are open to candidates whose availability closely matches our needs.

As a store colleague, you will serve customers with passion, work across various store areas, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, supporting store performance, and participating in community events.
