Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within the advertised availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice.

We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but not exactly align with the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
