Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too.

We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but not exactly match our advertised times, we still want to hear from you.
