Availability Window
Days from time to time: Wed 13:00-22:00, Thu 13:00-22:00, Fri 15:00-24:00.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role offers variety, daily challenges, and the opportunity to serve shoppers better every day.

You will be responsible for serving customers with passion, working across store areas, making decisions for customers, participating in community events, understanding store performance, handling products with care, and embodying our values.

You will need a passion for service, rapport-building skills, initiative, teamwork, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
