Job summary

Tesco Norwich is hiring a store colleague to start at 04:30am, delivering friendly, real-service to shoppers and supporting teamwork across the store. You’ll meet great people, learn new skills, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Your role includes shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, and occasional delivery help. You’ll work with flexibility, feel pride in daily responsibilities, and help drive store performance while enjoying inclusive, supportive teams.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at 13.28 per hour, rising to 14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
