Job summary

Tesco UK in Newbury is hiring for a Tesco Colleague with a 04.30am start. You’ll work in an inclusive team, meeting customers daily and delivering friendly service to support store performance.

There’s a minimum of 12 hours per week guaranteed, with shifts scheduled in advance. Over 18s only. Duties include shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery help, and overall customer-focused store support.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for,

Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
