Availability Window:

1. Sun: 10:00 - 14:00
2. Mon: 05:30 - 09:30
3. Thu: 05:30 - 09:30
4. Fri: 05:30 - 09:30
5. Sat: 15:00 - 23:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
• Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
• Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting into practice the training received to work safely and effectively.
• Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
• Being knowledgeable about the store’s performance and understanding the part you play.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality.
• Being yourself, living our values, and making everyone feel welcome.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

You will need:

• A passion for delivering great service.
