Availability Window
Days and times available throughout the week, e.g., Sun 15:00-24:00, Mon 15:00-24:00, etc.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to schedule shifts within your availability and provide three weeks' notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This role involves variety, daily challenges, and the opportunity to serve shoppers better every day.

As a store colleague, you will help serve customers, learn new skills, and be part of a diverse team. Whether you seek stability or flexibility, this role can suit your needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing passionate, natural customer service
  • Being knowledgeable about store products and services
  • Working across various store areas as needed
  • Practicing safety and effectiveness in your work
  • Making customer-focused decisions
  • Participating in community and charity events
  • Understanding store performance and contributing to sales and efficiency
  • Handling products carefully to maintain quality

  • Accepting deliveries when required

You will need:
