Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking team-oriented colleagues to join our stores. Colleagues earn from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with more hours available and a fixed shift pattern to fit your availability. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, assist with online orders, and work across the store to keep everything running smoothly.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.

• To use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
