Job summary

Tesco Colleague roles place customers at the centre of everyday work in our stores. You’ll join an inclusive, flexible team and gain new skills while supporting great service and store performance.

Hourly pay starts at £13.28, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week and shifts scheduled with advance notice. Roles from 12 hours are also available, and we encourage you to apply.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
