Job summary

Tesco is hiring for a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour and rises to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours are also available).

You will provide friendly service, help customers, replenish shelves, assist at the checkout, and support online order picking and occasional deliveries. The role requires teamwork, initiative, and a customer-first mindset.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
