Job description

Territory Sales Manager - Wound Care - W London, Hants, Oxon, Berks & Bucks

Our client is a niche player in the Wound Care marketplace, both here in the UK and overseas.

They are renowned for some of the best in-class products the market has to offer and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.

As a result of a recent change in the national strategy to maximise potential business they are now looking to bring in additional sales-heads across high potential areas across the UK and are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to work covering the location above.

In this role, you will be responsible for their Wound Care portfolio and work across community and secondary care markets across the territory.

As its sole territory management, you will need to be a strong planner and possess good business management skills, and also bring a strong analytical and commercial understanding to the role. Also, the ability to manage a 'business within a business' is required. The ideal team and company fit will be someone who has a 'pro-active/ can-do' attitude and is passionate about the marketplace. You will also have the ability to work in partnership with NHS stakeholders at all levels and be a solution-orientated individual.

From an experience perspective, you will ideally have some experience or exposure to the Wound Care marketplace and a track record of success in a medical device sales role. However strong medical device territory managers will also be considered or people who have genuine reasons to want to join the medical device industry (ideally with some prior sales success)

In return, you can expect a competitive financial package, and you will also have the chance to represent a people-focused business that invests heavily in its UK business.
