Stryker is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Extremity team in the UK. You will maintain existing business within key accounts and identify new opportunities, building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
You will conduct product demonstrations and theatre training to support patient care and outcomes. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in healthcare sales, with a proven track record and strong communication.

As a Territory Sales Manager within the Upper Extremity team, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key upper extremity accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.
