We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!

This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week across three days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

About us

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate professionals delivering unrivalled results and return on investment for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting the top four grocery retailers, working to a defined call file, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to be recognized as adding value to the store.
  • Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution, maximize availability, and secure extra space for various brands to boost sales.
  • Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence in-store, acting as the eyes and ears of Tactical Solutions and its clients.
  • Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective calls within every sales outlet.
  • Accurately recording and completing all information on our bespoke tablets using our latest Drive software system.
Candidate requirements
  • Experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships in stores.
  • Passion for building brand awareness and motivation by results.
