Job description

Salary - £50,000 plus £20,000 commission

Territory - West London

If you are looking to join an innovative medical devices organisation responsible for the distribution of endoscopy and surgical devices, this role may be for you.

We are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, based across the West London and South Central region to do the following:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Sales Performance across all portfolios
  • Relationship management across all levels within the account
  • Training and education development to support sales
  • Identification of new opportunities
  • Attending trade shows or education events as required
  • Attending sales meetings or international meetings as required

Training on all lines would be provided throughout the period and updated as necessary. Reporting is done on a weekly basis to the immediate line manager, in this case the National Sales Manager of the company.

All necessary equipment is provided including:

  • Company vehicle
  • Mobile phone
  • Laptop
  • Fuel card

The successful candidate should have experience of the sales channels within the NHS and the process to arrive at a buying decision, and how to manage that process is advantageous. The portfolio range is a mix of capital and consumable and there is no preference to which side of the portfolio that experience lies. If you have any endoscopy or radiology experience, that would serve as an advantage.
