  • North of England & South Scotland territory

The Role:

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, finding new business opportunities, providing hands-on support and training to healthcare professionals for colorectal equipment and software. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, monitor product usage, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The customer base is varied including surgeons, consultants, theatre staff and procurement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in medical sales; theatre experience will enhance your application.
  • Candidates who are working in a clinical support position with theatre experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments with the ability to multitask effectively.

The package:

  • £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
  • 10% OTE
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
