The Role of the Territory Manager:

  • Selling a comprehensive portfolio of single use & reuseable surgical instrumentation solutions
  • Selling into theatre, dealing with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement
  • Identifying, opening, and closing business opportunities through upselling/cross-selling the portfolio
  • Providing procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and key opinion leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and case observations
  • Managing all aspects of surgical business in the field
  • Educating surgeons and theatre personnel on procedures and product applications
  • Developing and supporting strong clinical relationships
  • Field-based role, working from home
  • Covering Scotland, primarily based on the M8 Corridor (Glasgow & Edinburgh), with occasional travel to Newcastle
