Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager – Ruminant Products - South West England - £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card

Are you passionate about ruminant nutrition and looking to advance your career in animal health or feed sales? An established and reputable business in the agricultural sector is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow its ruminant product range through retail and distribution partners across South West England. This is a great opportunity to join a customer-focused company known for quality and service.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage sales with agricultural retailers, merchants, and distributors
  • Build lasting relationships with trade partners, providing expert guidance on product positioning, promotions, and technical information
  • Achieve commercial targets through territory planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Serve as a technical and commercial liaison between the company and channel partners

The Person:

  • Proven experience in the ruminant sector, such as feed sales, nutrition consultancy, animal health, or livestock production
  • Understanding of ruminant nutrition and livestock farming
  • Experience in B2B sales with distributors is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across South West England

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10% annual bonus
  • Company car and fuel card
  • Pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and other benefits
