Territory Sales Manager
Ophthalmic

A fast growing supplier of ophthalmology products whose mission is to supply cutting edge solutions to the UK NHS & Private healthcare market. Due to success and future growth plans they are now looking to add a new member to their already successful sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing NHS and Private hospital accounts in an assigned geographic territory (West Midlands and Wales)
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes
  3. Represent the company at industry tradeshows
  4. Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information of interest to customers
  5. Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and various support teams
You Will Have:
  1. Prior experience in surgical settings is essential
  2. Ophthalmology nurses or similar professions looking to develop into a sales career will be considered
  3. Experience of Ophthalmology products or products sold into surgery settings would be advantageous
  4. Demonstrated sales account management skills within a territory is preferred
  5. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
  6. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations
