Your focus will be to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision-makers
  • Develop expertise across our neuro and pain portfolio to confidently demonstrate, train, and support customers
  • Grow revenue across your territory by building new and existing accounts
  • Develop product expertise and support users with training, troubleshooting, and field demonstrations

Skills & Experience

  • Some experience working in operating theatre or clinical environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with clinical teams and stakeholders
  • Personable and approachable, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Organised, reliable, and motivated - able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driven to succeed, with a desire to learn and grow into account management
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to develop expertise in both clinical and commercial areas.
  • Previous exposure to medical devices, sales, or account management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in career progression

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
