We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

Part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate professionals delivering exceptional results and ROI for major brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

  • Visiting top grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
  • Negotiating to increase distribution, availability, sales, and extra space for brands.
  • Monitoring in-store conditions to identify problems, opportunities, and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective calls in every sales outlet.
  • Recording all information accurately using our bespoke tablets and Drive software system.
