About the Role:

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering Manchester and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an established territory, build long-term relationships, and make a real impact with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow a defined territory, focusing on B2B sales into the Public Sector
  2. Develop relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and key decision-makers
  3. Deliver consultative solutions, driving product uptake and brand loyalty
  4. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  5. Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within B2B distribution
  2. A strong track record of selling into Public Sector clients (e.g. local authorities, NHS, education, etc.)
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  5. Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
