Territory Manager

Dental Remote North UK (Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle base ideally)

£40k-£45k Basic

About the Role: Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for the dental sector? We are supporting our client with their search for a driven and engaging Territory Manager to spearhead the rollout of an exciting new dental service across the North of the UK. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting solutions to both new and existing dental practices, showcasing its ability to transform daily operations and patient care.

With autonomy from day one, you’ll take charge of your designated region—developing strategy, building relationships, and hitting key sales targets to grow presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and nurture strong relationships with dental practices.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for partner accounts.
  3. Conduct regular in-practice visits to provide tailored support.
  4. Meet or exceed revenue goals within your assigned territory.
  5. Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  6. Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to drive growth.
  7. Report on performance, insights, and forecasts.
  8. Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.
  9. Deliver engaging training sessions on our products and services.
  10. Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM.

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. 3+ years of UK dental sales or practice experience.
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in dental or healthcare.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  4. Self-starter with the ability to thrive independently.
